hi, i have this old pc which beeps all the time. Long continues beeping. On the hdmi i dont get any startup screen. I have replaced the ram, to a crucial 2gb,  and graphics card , to a radeon hd 5450, that i believe are working as they are purchased recently. A new cmos battery has been inserted. However, PC keeps beeping and i must look at other troubleshooting. Can you suggest any? I believe there is a capacitor that shines. On the board it states ec23, see https://www.mupload.nl/img/xx0tbxye.jpg . EDIT: the shining cap is marked with arrows here : https://www.mupload.nl/img/h0xpszlb.jpg  . On page 12 of msi_ms-7318_rev_100_sch.pdf , ec23 can be found - is ec23 related to dvi/graphics?. I havent yet released screws and unsoldered but could this cap be causing problems?
