Which M.2 do you have?   If its an NVME/PCIE it will not work in the M.2_2 slot. you'll need to use a compatible drive for the slots you wish to use.    Thanks!  ... Meer weergeven

Hi Kianm,    Defaultuser 0 Is a profile used to set up the "out of the box experience" or OOBE for short.   Windows encrypts this profile so you will be unable to login to it. A computer restart should resolve the problem.    Thanks.  ... Meer weergeven

Hi SerialNo,    I'm afraid it sounds like you may need to flatten windows and start again! Id certainly give it ago and see if that sorts the issue.
