Hello all, I have registered just to confirm that from a few last days I am experiencing exactly the same behaviour... the app is crashing just after logging process. I am getting the same result on my two android devices - Samsung S10e and LG k3 with different Android versions. Does not matter if I am connected via wifi or LTE, tried to uninstall the app , clear the cache etc - it doesn't help at all. Medion this is a joke, really! You are well aware of the issue experienced by so many people and still after few days you are unable to provide a fix. I am assuming you are not manufacturer of the devices but buying just an importer buying everything from China and you have just created your own app using the API interface enabled by the Chinese company which has developed the product. I am guessing now the issue is somewhere on the backend end and you have simply nothing to say because you do not control anything.... and maybe this Chinese company does not really care you and your customers! I have made a big mistake and invested my money in a cheap Chinese solution 😞 Was really hoping I am buying products with a good support from German company. Disappointed!
