I thought I had a fix. I installed the app "NoRoot firelwall" to hope and see the network traffic. The app uses a VPN and I hoped that would fix my problem. After the install I have to manually add wifi connection to every app. I had it working for 1 time and never got it working again. Maybe others have more success in solving this problem.   It keeps trying too connect to google-account management. @UweUwenone of your comments make any sense. I'm developer too and sometimes shit happens with something you build. But when something is broken, there is way too fix it without doing a factory reset. What do you think what would happen if microsoft made you do a factory reset everytime they released a Update.   Today netflix released a new version of there app, this didn't solve my problem. None of the solutions fixes my problems. I have noticed that chrome has issues to with browsing. So this looks like a network driver issue or something. I don't want to do a factory reset, so I  amhoping for a working solution soon.   Even when I have airplain mode turned on, it takes ages to give error -9. I think it is some kinds of network driver. When I turn wifi off, it still takes ages to say it cannot connect. This should be done in seconds. ... View more
