if your bluetooth isnt working and a hardware scan cant find your bluetooth module in device manager, find out if your wireless card is combined with bluetooth. if so uninstall it, do a hardware scan to reinstall it, then restart your computer and bluetooth should be back  i assume this will work with most portable computers!
