I bought a phone that was already out of order in a year. Returning it for repair, I expect an answer from August 1, but I still can not understand how my problem will be solved. Only after three weeks I was informed that it is impossible to repair the phone, and it will be replaced or the money will be returned. Boorish attitude to regular customers is simply amazing and outrages !!! There is no desire to conduct another three weeks of correspondence and find out the situation. I ask you to give an answer to what I should do next

I think in this case the only thing you can do is to contact Medion themselves. This is a forum where users try to help other users, since your phone is already in repair, there is nothing we can do for you.
