Wake Up

I'm having trouble with my laptop not waking up after closing the lid or putting it to sleep.

After opening the lid the screen stays 'blank' the hdd light is a solid white doesnt flicker.

I've tried changing the 'Power Options' 'PCI Express' 'Link Power State Man.' to 'OFF'

I've also looked at the 'Keyboard' and 'touchpad/mouse' properties to check the 'Power Management' settings there but it doesnt have a tab for it?

I've disabled the 'USB root Hub' allow this device to turn off this computer to save power.

Still no progress. Any suggestions?
