I'm trying to replace the supplied 128gb m2 SATA with a new 512gb m2 NVME and then install Linux.
The NVME fits in the M-key slot. The BIOS shows me a NVME enable/disable option but doesn't show the NVME in the boot options.
I've double checked that the NVME is seated properly. I've tried pretty much everything in the BIOS.
Please help!

I guess the Emdoor Mainboards until now only can handle SATA M.2 SSDs.
That the NVMe mechanically fits, is in your case unimportant. SATA M.2 SSDs have a B+M Key; an NVMe mostly a M-Key only. So the NVME SSD with M-Key fits in the slot prepared for two keys; but it is dependant which protocoll is implemented.
In the Emdoor Mainboards it is mostly the SATA protocol only.
So you should send your NVME M.2 back to the retailer, and swap it for a SATA model.
Cheers, daddle
