However, when sending in these should be removed or replaced. Otherwise, support can refuse the guarantee because the device no longer corresponds to the delivery condition.
Note: If you need to send it in, be sure to save your personal information as the device will be restored to its factory state during the test run and these will need to be deleted for privacy reasons.
