Akoya notebook MD 62250 Keyboard not working

Got fed up with McAfee pop up so I uninstalled the programme.

Since the reboot the keyboard does not work.

Touch screen keyboard and wirless mouse all work.

Please help someone,if you can, who is trying to drag himself into the 21st century!!

Is it matter of Keystrokes involving Alt/Ctrl,or software error,or a hardware problem??

Hi people.

Tried all the advice that everyone gave including that given by Kirsten at the service centre. Nothing has worked.

Medion have agreed to do a repair under warranty and am currently waiting for a couroier to pick it up.

Must say I'm quite impressed with the way they have dealt with my case.

Thought I would let you know that Medion repaired the keyboard on my akoya note book. Very impressed with the treatment I got. Only touble now is that the camera is not working. See Seperate post. If you can suggest anything I would be much oblidged
