FAQs on the favorites portal for MEDION Internet Radios

The new favorites portal is now available at https://smartradio.frontier-nuvola.net/

• How can I install the new online portal?

• The required website is (https://smartradio.frontier-nuvola.net/). With this you can now manage your favorites.
  To register you need your (username / password).
   
  Now go to the menu structure, select your device -> Connect new device -> Register radio with code / name (code from your radio: Menu ->. Internet Radio -> Help).
  Now you can activate the item 'share favorites'.
   
  For the further setting -> tab Favorites -> Manage Favorites -> Personal Streams -> + Personal Streams
  Your personal favorites and podcasts can now be searched and entered as well as (own streams) by URL to the favorites to be added.

• What should I pay attention to when installing?

• First, you should check your internet connection of the corresponding radio. You can find the required device ID of each radio at the main menu -> Channel lists -> Help.
  Your displayed device ID is only valid for 10 minutes for security reasons.
  If you would like to register / sign up under an old account of a registered internet radio, you must first log out of the old account.

• Is there a suitable APP for controlling and navigating my device?

• Using the UNDOK APP from FRONTIER you have an intelligent device control for your Android and / or iOS device.
  Note:
  The UNDOK APP is not developed and supported by the company MEDION.
