x87069 pc keeps shutting down when playing games such as warframe ,resident evil, and others

Hi recently bought this pc x87069 in Jan 2022 from medion factory outlet in Essen and I have just problems I play a game and it shuts down the only thing i can do is play candy crush (hee hee)

I have reinstalled windows , stress test , all the available updates.The test say all is well but I suspect the cpu or gpu

When it shuts down in the eventviewer it reads kernel 41 error ????

I am at a loss what to do, The temperatures are in the normal parameters the pc has not been overclocked ,

I have reduced the power performance to balanced.

Running windows 11

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having. 

In this instance Id recommend that you contact your local Medion service center for your computer to be looked at.
