medion eraser defender md62383 bios

20250722_205140 (2).jpg

Hello I have a medion eraser defender 15 MD32383 to which has an issue with the onboard 3060 mobile laptop gpu.

All drivers from the medion "support" site havent made any difference and the page lacks any bios support.

I have attached pictures of the bios and wonder if you have a working solution and or links to a bios that works? Windows firmware update shows no further updates.

Can anyone help? I have scoured the internet and seen a few similar issues but not many have links or solutions.

Thank you in advance

Hi!

What you're showing us here isn't the BIOS but the device manager in Windows. To access BIOS, you need to repeatedly press DELETE or F2 during your laptop's start up.

First thing I would suggest is to install the Nvidia software which should download all the latest drivers for your onboard GPU. You can filter for your GPU on the page: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/

After that, check again in the device manager if it's recognized without any errors.

Thank you for the reply, I am aware the images shown are of the device manage only, this is because the admin removed the bios one as it as it showed the serial number of the device. I will edit the OP and hopefully allow the image of the bios.

I am also looking exclusivly for the bios file location as it isnt listed on the medion support page, not any form of diagnostics on the possible software or hardware faults.
