XMG have a procedure to insert or own logo on the bios.

The firmware we installed doesn't have this option, as soon a newer firmware became available I'll post how to do it here. So we can change the Logo to whatever we want.

Bios Update XMG 4080/4090

Just installed the new version N121A09, released yesterday. BIOS and Intel ME update.

No issues so far.

OK, the kit arrived perfectly packaged. After almost a month in transport.

I can confirm the Medion Kit Connects on the Medion X40 with the XMG Bios.
Unfortunately, we can't update the firmware on the Medion WCK, pass the first step, but stops on the second saying the hardware is not compatible.

That’s disappointing. Perhaps when xmg release that version they’ll update the firmware. Unfortunately I have no way to put medion bios back on. However have you tried reinstalling medion control centre app and services? That might work.

So I installed the Medion Control Center back.

Connected the Medion WCK and there is no update available. I don't think Medion will release any update for BIOS or Watercooler.

When you connect the WCK there is an error saying, "flow error". (same description that is on the XMG Oasis update). But Medion doesn't have any update or information available on this product.

My recommendation for the future is don't buy from Medion, save a little more and buy from XMG. They offer better support, UK shipping and they care about their customers.
