I'm in exactly the same boat and it doesn't appear you can buy it anywhere in the UK or from the German store anymore, they seem to have sold out of the stock of 10 they had in the warehouse

Xmg oasis works fine. I have a medion one that I don’t use if you wanted to keep the medion bios and control centre you can buy it. If not just buy the oasis and flash their bios, it’s better anyway.

XMG bios is a beast, transform the laptop in a powerhouse

The issue is that you must buy XMG water cooling kit (Oasis 2023) if you want better temps... but is a fair deal.

Great score! Could maybe even push higher on gpu but bit tricky in summer unless you have ac.
also you can use medion watercooler with xmg bios, works fine for me

Laptop with air cooling, ambient temp 25º C (40ºC in my city) Modern air conditioner is a great, magnificent, magical, plus ultra invention.
I bought XMG Oasis 2023 because I wanted reward Shenker for their support despite i have other brand laptop.
And it's impossible buy Medion's water cooling kit.

What's the bios that I need, do you have a link?

It remains under your full responsibility what happens. I preferred to take the risk, but you should know that with this you can lose the official manufacturer's guarantee, Medion. Choose your version well and review how to install the bios.

I did it over version 1.20-1.07 of Medion, if I remember correctly and everything went the first time. If you prefer use first Medion, take it

Better temps under max load, performace similar.
Aida64 cpu and memory stress test: from 8% cpu throttling after 10 minutes (97ºC hottest core) to 0% cpu throttling after 40 minutes (88ºC hottest core).
Sid Meier's Civ VI, all DLCs and many user mods, from 95ºC in CPU to 83ºC, GPU from 80ºC to 70ºC, after 60 minutes, first with gsync (240 fps), second without (450 fps).

Sorry, a change (for better)
Previous tests were at 30ºC, with air conditioner (25ºC), 5 to 10 degrees less.
