RAM Upgrade on Medion Erazer X15805 issue

I upgraded the ram from 16 to 32Gb HyperX (Xmp enabled)no problems other than XMP isn't enabled and I have no way of enabling it in the systems bios (American megatrends) 

Is there another way I can enable or update the bios?

Got a pretty bad Bios tbh and I expected more options, I've seen bios like these on machines from early 90s...
