Need electrical Schematic for Erazer deputy P10 MSN:30029473 MD61877

Does anyone know where I can get a electrical schematic for the above laptop with a K15C motherboard? My laptop is at a professional repair centre which has identified the fault as a defective voltage regulator chip. Unfortunately there are no numbers on the chip which make the component impossible to identify and thus making it unable for the laptop to be repaired. I'm pulling my hair out with Medion customer service, they keep fobbing me off with nice words but very little action. My laptop repair centre has ever known a situation such as this, they cant find a schematic anywhere, what about the EU law on right to repair? This should be a easy repair but thanks to poor customer support I'm left with a broken laptop.

I see that your device may still be within the warranty period, I'd recommend contacting your local Medion service center to arrange a repair.

Seeing as the laptop is at a repair centre, has been stripped down, taken apart and inspected, I think the warranty is now void.
