My laptop Scout e30i performs worse with the energy save mode than the gaming mode...

I think that something is happening with the Nvidia drivers, i couldn't install the drivers that medion gives bc first of all there aren`t specific drivers for this model, the drivers are from the e30 model, let's think that is normal but when i install the Nvidia drivers from the official page (previously uninstalled the other drivers with ddu) it performs at valorant with 1080p all minimum on the shooting range at 40 fps, on energy save mode it performs at 160 fps. Idk what's happening...
