Medion Erazer X7819

Hello. I have an Erazer X7819, MD 98257, MSN: 3001 5041 with a corrupted BIOS, who started few times with image on screen (image attached is one of them), now is not booting at all.

Can you help me with an original Bios file for windows 8? I have the skills and tools to de solder/resolder the chip and reprogram it, but I couldn't find the file for it.

Can i program only BIOS WITH A MSI DUMP and keep the original Medion KBC software (this works well, the fan speed-up and slow down well, for example) or it must be programmed both with a pair of MSI dumps (BIOS + KBC)?
