Whether the graphic card of GTX 770M will be suitable for my Medion Erazer X6819?
What generally it is possible to insert into it graphic cards?

Considering that this is a notebook, I dont think it is possible to swap out graphics cards, they are usually part of the motherboard, or some kind of circuitboard specific to that type of notebook, not universally exchangable like desktop graphics cards.
