Hi all, had the laptop for around 2 months now, good bit of kit however. the control center options for the lightbar have went comeplete awol, from having scenarios to just a switch on and off and the Red blue and green percentages. It used to have the scenarios like pulse, wave etc and they've gone. also enabling the light bar it does absolutely nothing, tried scans using service app, restarting you name it. any help please after spending thousands on a machine.

Hello!
Your laptop’s Control Center losing the lightbar scenarios and only showing basic RGB sliders usually points to a corrupted or outdated installation. The fix is to fully uninstall and reinstall the latest Control Center software and RGB drivers from Medion’s support site, and also greenskyonline login update GPU, chipset, and BIOS to ensure compatibility. If the lightbar still doesn’t respond after reinstall, it may be a hardware fault—since the laptop is only two months old, contacting Medion support under warranty is the safest next step.
