Medion ERAZER DEFENDER P10

hi guys,

we have a laptop erazer defender p10 NH77DDW-M from our customer. And he broke the top cover - we need the whole top lid back and the bezel please see the photos attached. We dont have problems with none of the parts if not from the UK we get them from China. But for this laptop its impossible to find. We checked everywhere. Can anyone help please?

as you can imagine we are pros We Make IT Happen Cambridge - we tried everything including MEDION UK and GERMANY they simply didnt reply. The lesson is simple you shouldnt buy laptops or desktops like Medion were is impossible to get parts after repair. Not even in China were we get like 40% of parts but here you cant get it anywhere... so think before you buy anything like Medion if something goes down you have to bin it
