Hi there,
I got an Erazer x67054 (MD 34204) but for unknown reasons it keeps crashing (the blue "your PC encountered a problem") screen after which it doesn't reset but remains frozen.
I've tried to find a possible cause but without result; there doesn't seem to be any consistency behind the issues. At one time it freezes while Opera is active, the other time it crashes when I'm doing nothing.
In the mean time I tried to reset Windows 10 to the factory default settings, but that resulted in a stall; the Admnistrator user automatically logs on, the screen keeps saying "Preparing windows" for a few minutes after which I either end up in a completely empty Windows environment (even the start menu doesn't do anything) or it crashes again.
What are my options here?

Sorry for a double post but this issue has been resolved in the mean time. Well, "sort off": I contacted support and they were very clear: looks like a DOA situation, send the machine to us and you'll get a new one.
Now that's service!
