Hello. I have an Medion Erazer engineer p10, and are having problems with random crashes. I have been made aware that the frequency of the ram installed, mabye are higher than what is supported by the motherboard. I am wondering if this might be the culprit of my crashes, if this might be the case. The motherboard is medion B460H6-em and the ram is sk hynix 3200Mhz. Are there indeed an incompatibility between the motherboard and the ram module or are tehere any way to set the frequency of the ram or the motherboard?

Hi Arnis, and welcome.
Your assumption about the RAM is wrong. The opposite would apply, if the RAM would run at higher speed then it was designed for.
The way it is is even more safe.
And on this board you can't modify the set RAM frequency.
For solving your problem with crashes, you should for test reason set the Windows back to the factory settings with Power Recover. Or starting with the PR App, or when starting your PC, keep the F11 tab pressed.
Choose a complete new installation, all private data and installations will be erazed.
Or make a complet new installation from crap, with the Media Creation Tool
So first make an image on a external disk. which you can easily reflash later.
