Computer upgrades

I bought MD35339 which has 

Intel® Core™ i5-12400F processor

16 GB RAMNVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3050

But ive been wanting to upgrade my graphics card and cpu but came across a problem. (I have never attempted to upgrade a pc so im clueless)

On my bios i have bios version B660H7w0x.109 which i cant find ANY information about and my mother board is B660H7-M20 which i found information about the information i found had a list of compatible gpus and cpus but the gpu i use in my current pc isnt on the list???? so is it the wrong BIOs or what?
