Dear Medion Community.
I got a prebuild pc (MD35184)
I7 11700k
3080 Zotac Gpu
B560M Aorus Pro AX motherboard.
32Gb ram 3200mz
All of the games i have low fps and the gpu / cpu usage is around 40-50%.
I have some BSD, 3-4 times per a week, and lot of lags, shuttering.
I checked the bios version, its pretty old, its from 2021, (106 version).
I checked the bios, but there is no option to upgrade the version, Q-Flash is missing, there is no option to upgrade recent versions the motherboard.
I am pretty sure thats why i got very low performance in this machine.
How can i update it to the recent version?

Hello @Comsat, and welcome to the community.
Please tell us which Bios version you have installed and also check whether an optional update via Windows is suggested.
Another reason could be the temperature of the individual components. Perform a performance test with your PC to get more detailed information.

Good evening.
The current bios version is this: 106 | 07/01/2021
In the windows there is no new bios update.
Here you can find the performance test:

Hello @Comsat,
The performance test did not identify any problems in my opinion. Have you already tried to reinstall Windows?
In our data the product is listed with a different motherboard:
Z370H4-EM/DDR4/S1151/IPO
Has the unit already been repaired or the mainboard replaced?
If you have installed the mainboard mentioned in the headline, the Gigabyte Bios update can also be used directly:
B560M AORUS PRO AX (rev. 1.x) Support | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global
Here is a video showing how to do the update:

The performance test clearly shows the memory and the gpu way underperform. In the games i have half the required fps, which the similar pcs have.
Also i have constantly fps drops still. I tried to reinstall windows, still got the issue.
No, my motherboard is that: B560M Aorus Pro AX motherboard.
I tried to update from that site the bios, but there is no flash q option in the bios, so i can not upgrade the bios. Why is it removed?
Can you send me an up to date bios version for this modified "Medion / Gigabyte" motherboard?
