Erazer x7842 DDR4 dual channel boot fail

Hallo,

i hab 2x kingston hyperx impact ddr4 cl13 2133mhz 4gb kit of 2 (dass bedeutet 4x4gb) ram gekauft. Wenn ich installiere alle module der laptop kein boot macht.

Ich hab alle kombinazion probiert, aber laptop boots nur wenn ich installiere rams so:

slot1 & slot2

slot3 & slot4

slot1 & slot4

slot2 & slot3

es ist interessant dass laptop macht boot auch wenn ich installiere neue kingston ram in slot1 & 2 und alte hynx ram in slot 3 oder 4.

Was das bedeutet? ist etwas falsch mit motherboard/bios oder ist etwas falsch mit ram?

Ich hab ein "bypass" finden.

1. Boot mit 2 ram module

2. Installiert Intel extreme tuning utility

3. Set ram to CL14 und 2400 MHz

In diese setting alles funkcioniert ok. Ich wieß nicht warum es probleme mit CL13 und 2133 MHz gab.
