Hi. I am trying to factory reset the MEDION LIFE+ Smart Plug S85225 but not having any luck. I've tried :
1. Resetting the socket by pressing the power button for 5 seconds till the light flashes.
2. Using DEF mode as per the instructions in the app.
3. Using AP mode as per the instructions in the app.
Each time I try to add the device in the app, the flashing light turns solid in 4-5 seconds but the app goes through the process trying to add it till it reaches 100% and fails.
Tried calling customer service but have not had any luck. Escalation has happened to a technical team that cannot be reached by a phone/email.
Help!!!
