The specs you gave say there is an intel processor on your motherboard. This is completely different from a ryzen platform. An intel CPU never fits to a motherboard for Ryzen CPUs and vice versa. So the answer is no ! If you search for another specs of your computer please go for https://www.medion.com/de/service/ and insert  'MD 34512' in the textfield. Hello again,

looks like the answer is no again. I found the Information here. It says Generation 6 to 9. From a mechanical point of view Gen10 & 11 need a LGA 1200 Socket type. You have got a 1151 socket typ. So I'm sure : no.
