Upgrading BIOS.

Hello! I am very new the tech side of gaming. So i am asking someone to help me solve my issue. 

I bought a Medion Erazer computer 2 years ago and i have very good frames on all games except rust... Alot of people say that rust is a mostly processor and ram focused game. And that it would help if i enabled XMP-profile to make my RAM use its full capacity. 

I have a motherboard with the information BIOS Version - 560H6W0X.021 System Serial Number - 10024365040022 Motherboard Serial Number - 0B5103G14300018 MAC Address - 1C-69-7A-97-EA-79 I would like to optimize my Ram because it says in BIOS that it only uses 2400 MHz when i have DDR4-3200 (1600 Mhz) Kingston 4x8GB. Can i fix this in some way?
