No picture via HDMI

Hello,
I own a Medion Akoya P5238 E.

When I connect the PC to the monitor (PC HDMI + monitor DVI), I always get the message "No Signal." When I connect the PC and monitor via DVI, there are no problems. Even when I connect the PC via DVI to the TV via HDMI, there are no problems. However, when I use the PC's HDMI port, there is always no signal.

Is the connection faulty, or could there be something else wrong?
