Motherboard support + PSU support

Ive been looking into new cases as mine has pretty bad airflow and super high temps and was looking to upgrade. Will my motherboard fit in a standard micro ATX case, or is it specifically made for medion cases? Will my PSU be supported by new hardware and a new case aswell?
