Añadir disco duro SSD

Tengo un PC un poco antiguo (PC MT 22 Typ : MT8072N ) y quiero poner un SSD para el sistema operativo y dejar el que tengo ( 1 T ) para almacenamiento.Me han dicho que ira mas rapido y mejor. Pero no se que disco comprar y si sera compatible con el PC.

Quisiera saber si alguien ha hecho algo parecido y como le ha ido.
