MEDION X14339: BUG: Volume always muted when switching on TV from standby

I have a MEDION X14339 (MD30059) Android TV.
When I switch on the TV from standby, the volume is always muted, even when it wasn't when viewing the last channel before standby.
Can this be solved with the next update please?

couldyou please give us an information,if this behaviour has been present since the first start, or did it occur somewhen inbetween? Are any further devices connected to the TV, which could cause the effect and did you already perform a factory reset, to check if the reported behaviour can still be observed then?

The problem existed from the beginning (clean install)
