Why is the image flickering on the playback device?

Answer

This could be due to a too low refresh rate (Hertz).
The playback device (e.g. monitor, TV, etc.) and the playback device (e.g. notebook, DVB-T2 or SAT receiver, etc.) should match so that the picture is displayed correctly.

For Windows devices (PCs and notebooks), you can set the "Screen refresh rate" in the "Monitor Settings".
