The media portal on the TV no longer starts properly.
An online security certificate has been updated by the portal operator of the app. To use the certificate correctly, the browser's cache memory must be cleared.
To delete the cache, the TV must be reset to the factory settings via the main menu Installation -> First Installation. After that, the app will work again.
Tip: If the TV is reset to factory settings, the channel list can be saved on a USB stick for satellite receivers in advance. After the initial installation, the channel list can then be loaded again, unless the preset list is to be used.
