Medion Erazer Engineer P10 Randomly crashes/ Black screen

Hello, I bought a Medion Erazer Engineer P10 MD35035 this year in January, the first 4 months went pretty good also while VR gaming, since May/June sometimes it used to freeze especially while opening a web browser or just simply looking on Youtube videos, but it NEVER crashed while gaming, Anyway a month ago it froze again, I tried to restart it pressing the normal power button, but I think that the SSD has been damaged this time..everytime I try to turn on the PC with SSD connected it just gives me a black screen with a white line on the top left corner..So I decided to take out the SSD and I clean installed Windows 10 on the integrated Toshiba HDD and updated the BIOS to this version 560H6W0X.027 as I read in another post..The installation went good, the PC is not freezing anymore but instead it just shows up a black screen up to every 20 minutes or 50 minutes also while doing absolutely nothing with it...

I tried disabling smart fan from BIOS: the problem persist

I tried disabling fast and secure boot: the problem persist

I tried to play with windows energy save planner: the monitor and HDD should be always turned on but the problem remain.

Please help me, I feel alone and desperate.

Hello @Babbeddiu,

I would recommend that you reset the installation files or download an older version.

Please inform us if the problem persists.

Greetings,
