Aldi Ambiano microwave

Hi I purchased an Aldi ambiano microwave oven a year ago and it is running at 00.00 minutes when switched on at the wall and won’t stop running until switched off at wall. 
when running at 00.00 it is not heating food. Can you confirm this is a known fault. I have a 3 year warranty. Please let me know what to do next. Gareth

Have you tried checking on the user guide how to configure the time (clock)?

It looks like that you need to set it first

Yes I can use the microwave and it did work. It has now stopped working. As mentioned it will not switch off and move round when clock states 00.00

seems to be a mechanic fault. Where do I send it to for replacement?
