Why can't i never find my product , even when i input my msn . keeps say it's wrong.

this second all i've had and still same issue , not able to find product

Please reply with your MSN and SN and we can verify/update Medion's website to show the latest driver updates etc.

A lot of the latest drivers/updates are within latest Windows updates.
