I am sorry to hear that you are having power issues with your battery. This could be down to several things;
1) Installing all the latest driver updates from Microsoft (Windows update) and Medion (https://www.medion.com/gb/service/download/driver.php)
2) There could be a problem with the Power Supply
3) There could be an issue with the charging circuitry on the motherboard
4) Your battery could be faulty and discharging prematurely.
You can check you self for the first point but if that does not help the situation the I would advise calling Medion Support to see if an engineer needs to inspect your hardware for possible repair. You can call them on 0333 32103106 for a free assessment.

I am sorry to hear of your issues with your unit. This does seem to be a power issue that could be linked to the power supply, battery or the system board itself. Have you tried using a different power supply to power your unit and does this make any difference?
If this does not fix the problem then this could be a problem with the battery or the system board. In this case I would advise you call Medion Technical support on 0333 321 3106 to see if they can assist further and possibly book your unit in for a free assessment.

This has the possability that the battery is no longer holding a charge and needs to be replaced. I would advise calling Medion Support on 0333 321 3106 and allowing them to confirm it with a free of charge assessment.

This error is usually caused due to Memory or Driver incompatibility issues or corruption of system data.
I would suggest booting into safe mode to see if the problem still persists and if it does you will need to re-install your unit from scratch.
It is also possible that the memory sticks are faulty. Have you tried using them in another system?

This does not show how to remove the cover but it if you are using a generic plastic case removal tool then the internal clips should be easily opened for the removal of case. This is only meant to be done by experienced technician.

Drivers for the Medion product range are based on the operating system supplied with the unit at point of sale.
If you require details of chipsets and motherboard specifics, then if you contact Medion, they should be able supply that information to assist in driver development.

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with this newly purchased phone.
If you have power, I would advise to try and factory rest the phone by holding down the power button and the volume up button.
You should be presented with a menu in which a recovery / reset option is listed.
If you are nort able to do this then I would advise reporting this unit as faulty to Amazon so you can return it for a refund or exchange.

For the lag issue I would recommend reseting the phone back factory deafults and see if the issues you are having are still present. I would then load a single app and see if anything has changed. If nothing has change then load the next app and test.
Keep doing this until the problem re-occurs ant then you will have the app that could be causing the problem.
If the check for updates is not giving you an option to upgrade further then this would indicate that the next version is not available and I amnot able to find an upgrade Matrix for this phone at the moment.

Websites that provide built in playback through the Internet browser usually use a plug in such as Flash or Quicktime etc. These can normally be installed to a PC to allow such content to be played. This is not possible through a Smart TV. Playback content via a Internet browser on a Smart TV must be native i.e HTML 5 and not require a plug in.

If you are not sure or confident in upgrading your unit, then I would recommend taking it to an approved engineer such as a local PC repair shop.

Have you tried while the phone is powered off to hold the power button and the volume up button at the same time. This should bring up a menu where you can access recovery mode.

If you come across problems running a “Securom” protected game with error “Game Error 8016” and you are running Windows 10 Operarting System with a Skylake CPU.
Please refer to the Medion driver page and update your BIOS.
