I’ve had similar problems with the LED lightbar on my Medion Erazer Beast 16 X1 Ultimate. I turned the lightbar off, but sometimes it would turn back on by itself after a restart or waking the laptop from sleep. Unfortunately, I’m also dealing with a more serious issue now. My battery stopped charging after just a few months of use. The laptop is currently in for repairs. At this point, I’m really starting to regret my purchase.
