Thanks but it didn't work. I'm going back to 23h2. Medion should solve this since I found several reports similar to mine without a solution. There is no update for this laptop. No bios or control center. I really like this laptop but I'm starting to get disappointed.

I've already reinstalled it and it didn't work. But I noticed that Windows no longer recognizes my keyboard as compatible as before. Although it's not active, Windows' dynamic lights are stuck on the blue color. It's the only one that works on my keyboard.

My laptop (crawler E10) was updated yesterday and right after restarting the keyboard lights were off. When I changed the color I noticed that only the blue color works. When I go to the settings the Dynamic lights says that no compatible device was detected. How can I solve this?
