Hi @TFGL , Step 1: Basic Hardware Checks Check RGB Fan Cables: Open the case and inspect the RGB fan cables. Ensure they're properly connected to either: A dedicated RGB controller, Or to an ARGB header on the motherboard (usually marked JRGB, ARGB, or JRAINBOW). Power Supply to the Controller: Make sure the controller (if present) is getting power. If it draws SATA power or Molex, check those connections. Reset the RGB Controller (if present): Some controllers have a reset or sync button—try pressing it. Disconnect the PC from power and hold the power button for 10 seconds to clear residual power. Step 2: Software Troubleshooting Uninstall MEDION Control Center Completely: Use Revo Uninstaller or similar to do a full uninstall (including leftover registry keys). Reboot your PC. Reinstall the Latest Version: Download the latest MEDION Control Center or Erazer Gaming Center from MEDION's official support site. Install it and reboot. Check for Conflicts: If you also have software like MSI Mystic Light, ASUS Aura Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, OpenRGB, or Corsair iCUE, they may conflict with MEDION’s software. Disable or uninstall them temporarily.
