Yes, seems to be the case, although CPUz did see both modules as 16GB each with a total of 32GB, but BIOS was only showing 16GB. Its odd, and I should have cycled the modules just in-case. OK, so an update on this and I now have 32GB working. I decided to take the DDR4 out and use each stick individually in both slot 1 and 2. After booting, both were shown as 16GB correctly. After this, I decided to put both back in, but swapped them round from what they were originally... and it worked! Confused as to why. Seems they needed to be in selective slots, which is odd.   ... Hi @daddle  Thanks for the reply 🙂   Medion support finally got back and provided another location for the BIOS update, which did install successfully! Location was: https://www.medion.com/gb/service/product-detail/30038681 This is odd as it's not my MD value (MD 62705)   My laptop is: MD 62529 of which I use the BIOS update here, but it failed: https://www.medion.com/gb/service/product-detail/30035490   Anyway, it's installed... but nothing has changed. Hi all, Just another update from this. I did call Medion and get to their service dept, but still waiting for some more feedback from them. They did confirm the ERAZER Scout E10 does support 32GB of RAM. Due to the driver not giving any information, I've used the pnputil in Windows via command-line and get the below. Still not useful as it does not show what the issue is:   D:\Drivers\Laptops\ERAZER Scout E10\00_Bios_Scout_E10>pnputil -i -a FF.inf Microsoft PnP Utility Processing inf : FF.inf Failed to install the driver : No more data is available. Appreciate the replys so far, but I've been unable to update the BIOS. Installing the "FF.inf" does nothing, running Win 11 24H2. Unsure why its a driver? I have found mentions to Insyde H2OFFT tool, which I cannot get. I've also found mentions to "InsydeFlash.exe" tool, but no official download, so no way I'm running anything third-party!   Does my laptop even support 32GB or RAM? Currently, it seems not, and a BIOS update might not resolve the issue.   I've never had such a problem updating the BIOS for a motherboard, what a pain! ... View more

OK, so that failed completely. Odd it uses a Windows Driver to do the BIOS update, which initially failed due to invalid root certificate. Bypassed this via reboot in Win11 to disable enforcing digital certs, it then installed, but nothing happened. Waited for awhile, rebooted and BIOS has not changed, same versoin.
