Over tinahplays

I purchased this computer like a month ago, and it had this problem when turning on from sleep mode, but i ran a diagnostic with the service app and it seemed fixed. Recently, when i turned the computer power on, It started showing only a black screen, even if the keyboard backlights and everything was on. Sometimes it solved by turning It off and on again, but today, no matter what i do, the screen won't turn on. Is there anything i can do? Is it a common problem? (the last diagnostic i ran was yesterday, It updated something for Windows and the NVIDIA drive, but everything else came out positive).   @Major_ToM  ... Meer weergeven
