Hi @Johnnythefox Are you able to supply the MSN number (8 digits long found on the back on unit) A BIOS update may solve the issue if you can supply your current version, I maybe able tot find an updated version. But from you description it sounds like the battery has failed. Regarding Medion sending a battery I believe under there warranty conditions the unit may need to be returned for this to be changed. I would suggest to contact your local Medion service centre and request a collection of your unit have the unit assessed and have the battery changed. Thanks
