Hi @Rkjr    Firstly what unit do you have, could you let us know the MSN?   Are you not able to connect a ethernet cable to the unit and update drivers that way?   What sort of drive have you downloaded drivers onto and from where?   What is the initial fault? no WIFI?    Thanks  ... View more

Hi @Rkjr  Since you have reinstalled Win 11, you must have a LAN connection. You can use it to download the complete driver package, which can also be found on the linked service page: Driver Package MEDION ERAZER Scout/Crawler/Specialist/Defender Notebook Series: https://cdn.medion.com/cdn/download.pl?lang=uk&filename=drv_e10_scout_e30_crawler_p10_specialist_p20_defender_p30_deputy.zip&id=23124&type=treiber these are zip. files, which means you have to unpack them before installing them.
