Hi @mariia ,   sorry that I obvioulsly oversaw your comment, but a hint from my side: To mention a community user so that they are notified when you reply, write an @ sign in front of their name (e.g. @Major_Tom)   I´m on your side with supposing the issue to have appeard with any kind of software actualisation but especially if you tried to fix things with internal adjustments, I suppose this only can be solved by a) rolling back the laptop to an earlier system date, or b) restoring factory settings   Of course you have to ensure that all your important data is backed up before on an external storage drive or USB stick.   Cheers   Major ToM ...
