Hey, i might have the answer for, the reason the Medion Erazer X40 beast has so many stability issues is not due medion or the laptop itself at all, its more likely that the laptop intel i9-13900HX and the i9-14900HX which ar basically repurposed desktop chips are having stability issues due a microcode error, intel says its working on a way to fix it, it even causes the out of video memory error and pretty much all gaming laptops with a 13th and 14th gen i9 should have this problem ... Hi @DistraughtBanan ,   if you are running the current Bios N1.23MED08_EC_1.14.00 with the latest Windows updates and the issues are still occurring, I´d suggest to get in contact with your local service team, tohave the option to open up a service/repair case.   Cheers   Major ToM ... Servus @Andi,   Ich denke, einen Bedienfehler kann ich mittlerweile getrost ausschließen. 😉   Wir haben bei Reklamationen ein zweimaliges Nachbesserungsrecht. Wenn nach dem zweiten Reparaturversuch der selbe Fehler immer noch nicht beseitigt werden konnte, können andere Lösungen wie "Austausch" oder "Erstattung" gefunden werden.
