Hi @kInGxIcE ,   first of all I can confess, that you have the latest Bios version installed, what makes me think about the option of a hardware related reason of your problems. @kInGxIcE    There are number of reasons as to why the laptop would randomly shut down however the most common cause is that the product is overheating.   I would suggest performing a factory reset and contact your local Medion support team if the issue persists.   ... Meer weergeven
